These are real examples of witness tampering.
Offering a bribe to a witness;
Threatening a witness with physical violence or property damage;
Threatening a witness’ family members or loved ones;
Using or attempting to use physical force to injure or kill a witness; and
Preventing a witness from attending a court hearing, deposition or any other legal proceeding.
Freely giving an opinion about a witness is not witness tampering.

This was stupid on the President’s part. It seemed the republican strategy was to not make this witness cry and make it so boring people would turn it off. There would be little to no news and a big flop, just like the first hearing.
