Vindman could and should be charged with some or all of these Articles in the Uniformed Code of Military Justice (UCMJ); Article 80 Attempts, Article 81 Conspiracy, Article 88 Contempt toward Officials, Article 89 Disrespect toward a superior Officer, Article 90 Willfully Disobeying a Superior Commissioned Officer, Article 91 Insubordinate Conduct, Article 92 Failure to Obey an Order or Regulation, Article 133 Conduct Unbecoming an Officer.
