I only cheat on overripe bananas and sweet potatoes but I there has to be something tasty when the rest of your diet is mainly 100% baking chocolate, 0 carb noodles, walnuts, plain yogurt, air popped popcorn and a small portion of Alaskan salmon etc.

LOL. During my thread on prepping for the Coronavirus, one of the people here mentioned that he carries around a month worth of ‘provisions’, every time he gets up from a chair. I carry a bit more (maybe 6 weeks right now), and I suspect that I’m even on the low side here!
Not about fasting but just a lowcarb/keto fyi.

Their mouse trials would seem to indicate that they actually eat about the same amount of calories by doubling up after fast.
