Well that was interesting about the pokeweed. We have a bit of it here. Also burdock which my Dad MANY years ago was thrilled to spot in out woods. He picked a bunch, boiled it, changed the water a couple of times, and drained and battered it and fried it. And ate it. I did not try any.
