I lived in a trailer for about five years when I was younger. I really resent this insult from effete snobs who are steeped in privilege. Sure, there are some sleazy people in trailer parks, but there have been sleazy people in the White House and Buckingham Palace as well.

The journo’s possibly a little jealous that Markle got to marry a prince and not her. I’m not into the whole royal thing. Now - Alfred the Great was smart and tenacious. William of Normandy was an impressive guy. Richard I, the Crusader and military genius - I’d get in line to watch any event he was a part of. Edward Longshanks, ditto. Heck - even Richard III, and he lost. But anyone who served basically as a totem and a figurehead by inheritance - that’s like a Rockefeller with a state-funded pension.
