Praise the LORD you are weathering the chemo, BENDER2.
FATHER GOD,
Thank you for seeing Bender2 through the chemo treatments with little side affects. Bring someone to do his shopping for him so he won’t have to go out in the public with all the crowds.
Put an invisible shield around him that will fight off every germ. If he has to go out, give him an empty parking space near the building and have the items on the shelves - especially water, disinfectant, and toilet paper.
In JESUS’ Name we pray. Amen.
Thanks for the update.
Keeping everyone in the loop.
Prayers continue.

Prayers up for Danny and also all Freepers and Family prayers requested and also those not requested.
Prayers up for our Nation and President Trump.
And that the panic purchasing subsides quickly.
The panic purchasing has caused more panic purchasing.
Which has been a domino effect that caused a needless crisis.
Prayers that all people come to their senses and don’t over purchase more than necessary. To help bring this crisis to an end.
Then later people can again, just gradually, quietly, start obtaining a sensible stock that does not hurt or endanger others by it.
Lord Jesus, we praise Thee for the good progress Thy servant Danny has made in his cancer treatment.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, amen.
Thinking of you. Don’t let the strain of the chemo get you down. My sister-in-law felt that, too, along with the fatigue.
Keep your spirits up as this is part of the deal and with God’s help you will feel better soon and beat this thing.
Everybody looking for basics at the store is in this same boat now. At some point sanity and normalcy will have to take hold.
Whatever mankind hears is going to be scarce becomes the subject of rioting. Not just recently. We should say broccoli and kale will be sold out and watch people have wrestling matches at the stores for them.
So keep up the good fight.
Prayers up.
Praying for you.
I assume that since you live in Texas, you or your neighbor may have an air conditioner.
The humidity that gets removed from the ambient air generally gets wasted, and falls to the ground.
Actually, that is distilled water, providing your air filter is reasonably clean.
You remain in my daily and nightly prayers.
You have a lot of prayerful people calling the Lord on your behalf.
Stay strong in faith .
I'm not understanding why there is such a run on toilet paper. Diarrhea isn't one of the symptoms you get with this virus. It makes no sense to hoard toilet paper. Thankfully I buy my paper products in bulk anyway, just so I don't have to run to the store all the time for the stuff.
So keep up the good work, and get as much rest as you need. We're got you covered on the prayers...just focus on getting well!!
That is the same mix they are using on my wifes pancreatic cancer.
The week of Chemo is good. The week after is a depressing shit storm.
But we only have two more to go.
Good luck to your son.
Glad everything is going so well. Praying daily for a complete recovery.
Thank you!! I pray for all Freepers and their family members every day, so you know your wife and every other person on this thread is included in them.
PTL!
Until yesterday I saw no panic buying here on the south shoe of Boston. Now it is happening every where.
Three people I know told me about the panic buying starting yesterday locally, and continuing today.
This afternoon I went out to get my wife a hot fudge sundae and when I went by a liquor store a new sign was in front that said:
'WE DON'T HAVE TP BUT WE HAVE TEQUILA'
At the ice cream place, new signs about washing your hands and how to behave in the shop were in several places.
We are now involved with the panic. It came on fast.-Tom
yep...all the TP is gone.
Humans are the real virus, Bendy.
Sounds like your treatment is going as well as can be expected, I am glad.

Well, campers, I knew it was too good to be true. After my past two of three radiation treatments, I started having some acid reflex in my esophagus. Not killer, but it gets my attention. I restarted taking 1 Omeprazole 40MG a day when the radiation doc said I might start getting acid reflex during treatments. And it has surely come to pass.
So today I started taking 2 Omeprazole 40MG a day to see if it has a better effect.
Yesterday the Radiation folks said they would not being doing my daily treatment due to some event they had planned beforehand. Then this morning the chemo nurse called to say my blood work showed a drop in my white cell count too low for me to have a chemo treatment. So, they are awaiting a call into my insurance for permission to give me a shot to hopefully solve the problem. I am awaiting their call.
Yeah, they never promised us a rose garden, did they?
Still, all in all, the whole experience has been much better than I ever expected so I chalk it all up to all y’all’s prayers and support.
Thanks so much, take care & God Bless,
Danny
Thank You for the update, Bender2. I will keep you in my prayers!
Bender2...you’re a trooper!! Hang in there friend!! I take 2 Omeprazole 40MG a day to fend off my acid reflux too. Mine wasn’t caused by radiation though. Unfortunately every treatment has it’s set of side-effects. Here’s hoping you get the relief you need from the meds, and I’ll keep praying for you!
