*ping*
I thought reverse polarity fixed everything?
Or is that inverse polarity?
A Coronal mass ejection? This corona thing has gone millions of miles too far.
They’re all rioting.
Sunspot Baby - Bob Seger
She packed up her bags and she took off down the road
Left me here stranded with the bills she owed
She gave me a false address
Took off with my American Express
Sunspot Baby
She sure had me way outguessed
She left me here stranded like a dog out in the yard
Charged up a fortune on my credit card
She used my address and my name
Man that was sure unkind
Sunspot Baby
She sure has a real good time
I looked in Miami
I looked in Negril
The closest I came was a month old bill
I checked the Bahamas and they said she was gone
I can’t understand why she did me so wrong
But she packed up her bags
And she took off down the road
Said she was going to visit sister Flo
She used my address and my name
And man that was sure unkind
Sunspot Baby
I’m gonna catch up sometime
Sure had a real good time
I saw at least 20 in the last couple of nights - but the warmth didn’t arrive until June, and the spring was cool, wet, and uninterrupted by the normal day-or-two heat waves this year. I am in NE Kansas.
I'll donate money to multi-billion dollar corporation Space-X if they will take them there.
Noooooo!!!!!
Not my little glow bugs!!!
/groan
Still none tonight.
Starting to lose hope.
Don’t worry.... they’ll simply come back as woke bugs, and demand equal rights with the mosquitoes.
Sorry. Couldn’t hep myself. :(
Any fireflies yet?
Oops, didn’t see that post. They’ll be there when the time is right.
The swallows are here, I love watching them soar around like mini jet fighters scooping up airborne bugs. Been recording when they arrive for a few years now. It varies by as much as a month at least.
This is the weirdest year ever.
Normally, the Mulberry trees would have been picked clean by May Day.
They’re just now poking out a few pale green baby berries.
Hmmm. It’s pretty normal here in the Rockies weather wise this year.
We’ve had a few cooler than normal years, in the summer, in the last decade but not this one. So far.
It wouldn’t be normal if the weather was normal EVERY year. LOL
Good grief.
Blizzards in August are “normal” for you.
:D
Only in the 3rd and 4th weeks. ;^P
I have seen blizzard-like conditions in early July ... followed by 80+ degrees the next day.
It’s not worth getting dressed up like Ralphie or anything.
I have literally had recurring nightmares about July snowstorms and woke up crying, *that* is how much I abhor that stuff.
:D
