I’m not sure what the police are supposed to do here. Doing nothing and pulling back seems to be the only safe course of action. In which case, there really isn’t any point to having police except for writing up reports. This would save quite a bit on training, uniforms, equipment, etc. </s>

It’s open season on the police. This is what the left wants. A policeman can’t fart wrong, or he/she will be fired, or brought up on charges. They are putting police officers under a microscope, when it should be the criminals instead. Working in law enforcement is a thankless job to begin with. Most time you’re never told what you did good or right, you’re only singled out if you did something wrong. When politicians put criminals ahead of the people appointed to keep them in line, then there can be no morale within any police department. And chaos will ensue.

That’s the external occipital protuberance of the skull with elderly loose skin accentuating it.
If every elderly persons head was shaved, people would see how common bulging like that is, especially on neck extension.
Unfortunately the loose skin of aging has to go somewhere whenever someone moves, and often not very flatteringly.
Yeah...I don’t think that bulge looks anything like a blood bag.

I feel bad for the old guy but he advanced on the police and shoved an object (his phone?) into one cops face and then smacked the other cops arm twice with it. No No.

I feel bad for the old guy also...
But, getting too close to an officer is not a good idea...
I think old guy will probably sue and get some money...
