The judicial branch looks out for its own. Lots of defense of Sullivan.
DC Circuit can just sit on the issue too, there is nothing compelling them to issue an opinion this year. Nothing in the District Court has been stayed.
The courts are highly political, everybody knows it. It’s no more ctredible to claim “courts are objective” than it is to say the press is.
I ‘m not sure but Flynn may have to tough it out until july 13th..I think the judges will give Sullivan the 13th but needs to wrap it up then.... This can go on forever...Sullivan can turn it into 2 or 3 NEW CASES....These 2 judges seem eager to hand it over to Sullivan..I HOPE I’M WRONG......

One of the judges has introduced Race into the equation. DC Court of Appeals is the sister circus of the 9th. They will allow Sullivan to continue with his lawless actions.
They can sit on it for another year????????
I think you’re right. DC Ciruit is going to give Sullivan the rope, and Sullivan can drag it out for another few years if he wants.
Yep. Or until the issue is mooted. Circuit Court is saying it doesn't even have a District Court order to address. "Wait for an order, and appeal that" is one theme playing.
It would be different if the Circuit Court had acted in the case and somehow it's additional action is necessary to allow the District Court to continue. Sullivan is the only court with the ball right now.
Obama appointee Wilkins did that. He was using an extreme racial-motivated "decline to prosecute white cop for abusing black perp" and arguing that courts have a place to sit on the case, as here, in order to drive political pressure against the prosecutor.
Wilkins is arguing that it is PROPER for a court to control the application of political pressure, using the judicial branch.
Not a shocker, judges are of this mind. They are the MOST political branch.

Henderson is the one who is of a mind to wait for Sullivan’s July 12 or so timing for a hearing, and subsequent (supposedly) decision on government motion to withdraw the case.
Wilkins has spoken the most, before Beth Wilkinson (Judge Sullivan’s lawyer) showed up.
as we listen this morning,it might have swung to sullivan with 2 judges going out of their way to help his case,not Flynn’s.....
Here we go again with race with Wilkins line of questioning/comments.
