More all the time!
[clunk!]
Eerie
e.g.,
...a guard bolted the double doors and moved on to the next room, only to be informed by a CCTV operator that the doors stood wide open again. Video footage of the gallery showed them moving spontaneously.
Bump
Naturally that would happen after dark...
I never heard of Jimmy Carr until I started watching the Quiz programs. He has the craziest laugh!!
Frankie Boyle (they're friends and associates, FB has written for JC and vice versa) is best in small hilarious doses, was in an old Mock the Week I'd watched, and tracking down one of his live shows on YT gave me a bunch of related vid hits, one of which was Jimmy. For the most part I don't like British comedians, but those two have the lack of good taste that I look for. :^)
I’ve always found this very moving at the Getty Villa in Malibu;
Other than the heavy clothing, perfect for Malibu. :^) Etruscan style, pretty nice.
I almost asked if it is handicapped accessible, but then I remembered that there aren’t enough Clydesdales in North America to drag me onto an airplane.
Same here. Also visited The Tower of London twice, and Hampton Court twice in 2006 & 2007. On the second trip to Hampton Court I was talking to one of the guides while we were walking through the Queen's Gallery. They told me that they'd been having problems with the security system on that particular gallery, going off at all hours. When they checked on it, they could find no reason for its being activated. This person hinted that they thought it might be caused due to paranormal reasons. A short while after we left the empty gallery, the alarm went off. I myself have never seen anything out of the ordinary, despite having visited plenty of historical sites, and battlegrounds here in the U.S. and in the U.K. The only place I visited, and had an emotional reaction to, was Andersonville Prison in Georgia.
