Quaker Oats Man?
Let’s say he does have a knack at predicting weather. How does that make his earthquake predictions notable?
The important question is whether or not he had a mask on when he made his prediction. Also, was he social-distancing appropriately?
Like what you did there!
Outnumbered 60-40.
I have no idea, I just thought it was interesting.
he nailed a 2016 prediction on Oct 21 2016 - for New Zealand. 7.0 or greater.

a 7.8 quake hit New Zealand on Nov 17 2016

Wow!!
That’s amazing!!
I wont be there.
They’re shot from guns.
What ever happened to the guy who fairly accurately (IIRC) predicted earthquakes based on the Lost Pets column in the newspaper?

A 13 minute video with Marilou Henner (actress from TAXI).
One of ten people in the world that can remember everything about every day.
She said she finds it interesting. Others say how it is a burden.
‘It very bad to steal Jobu’s rum’
I don’t think that an earthquake qualifies as a weather event. I believe it is a geologic event.
What about San Francisco? At the very least, it needs to be dunked under water for a while to wash away the decades of putrescent filth that has overcome that once glorious and beautiful city.
“...this fellow is a “weather savant” not a geology savant.”
Actually, geologic movement is considered a generalized case of physics of atmospheric weather; the coefficients and specific gravities change but all the same physical processes occur, including even Coriolis force over the applicable time interval. Review how plate tectonics mirrors tropical weather system movement over vastly different time frames.
Srinivasa Ramanujan, the Indian maths genius who “rediscovered” much of western mathematics, could do that as well, including regarding the Bhagavad Gita.
“Some say that all human brains record every detail of everything - but our fallen nature prevents us from accessing it.”
I certainly agree with the remainder of your comment but not this part. Brain anatomy — both macro and micro — differ between ordinary people and savants. It was noticed during post-mortems centuries ago that certain geniuses had brains with more numerous and complex sulci (fissures) than ordinary people. My brain, for example, just doesn’t seem to support much more than “bright normal” recall performance.
