In 2004, leftists massed around a GWB rally in order to cut off our access to the parking lot when it was over. They were menacing and glowering. I had to request an escort from 2 young men in uniform in order to get to our car. Others were forced to scurry the long way around to avoid them or to travel in a large group with the men on the perimeter.
No one was beaten, then, but one of the young soldiers deflected an elbow aimed for my head by the local Dem leader of the opposition. I am 5’2”, female and in 2004 I was 61. The Dem was around 40 and a tall, fit male.
Their bullying and thuggish behavior has been around a long time.
actually, that kind of heckling is a pretty tacky thing to do, and the optics aren’t very good, BUT it IS the biden campaign that’s at fault by producing a turnout so low that a mere handful of trump supporters can drown them out ... no F-ing way that could happen at a trump rally!

I’ve felt that way for many years. I’ve volunteered for some political campaigns where we definitely gave as good as we took.
