Well....the 9mm participated in the wars. A lot of it was going the wrong way, however.
Unbelievably, in the stores we go to, they are reasonably priced. they simply limit the number of boxes you can buy.
Any info on the S & W lite 9 mm out there. I’ve gotten the surgery damaged hand t0 n the point I can dry fire it. Our local gun store/range closed nearly 3 weeks ago, after nearly 40 yrs in business. Millington, TN. Found a club style but it is in Memphis, not a safe place. Haven’t found a range yet.
Those looking for ammo try Military Surplus stores, scored 2 large boxes of 38 specials.

I just always thought it was funny how some guys seriously mean that and use it as a reason to buy one. Personally, I like the triggers. Yes I know the 1911 is obsolete, but shooting them well is easy. Whenever I’m able, I wanna drop a couple grand on a double stack 2011, not the stupid double barrel abomination, but one with a cut out slide and a cut for a dot, John Wick level piece

I saw a lady pay $55.00 for 50 rounds of 115 gr ball range ammo at the local gun store a couple of weeks ago.
And, they would only sell her 50 rounds with her new pistol!
Not really. I like cheap guns.
Just in case I lose them in a kayak accident, I won’t feel so bad.

One might flip it around and say “LOOK at the influence the 9mm Luger cartridge has had on handgun development and marketing in the last 50 years.”
It has been phenomenal research and development by multiple companies that has brought an incredible line of 9mm pistols, fun fun for we consumers.
