Check thus out guys. We did ourselves a huge disservice. These machines were problematic for years. We weren’t paying attention while others were fighting the battle before us. There’s an amazon documentary called. Hacking Democracy. But, in 2016, Bev Harris of Black Box Voting made this video concerning the fractional votes. Worth a watch. I think we need to find her.
