If they deny it - it’s open season.
Voter ID is valid in the states that pass laws for it - because the Supreme Court de facie agreed that states have ultimate authority on their own electoral decisions by this action.
SCOTUS would only be acknowledging the actions of those states violated the U.S. Constitution ... which is SCOTUS's "effing job" to consider and rule on!

Not sure about anyone else, but I’ve been reading all of these legal filings. While I’m no lawyer, it appears that the Texas case is pretty solid in that these other states completely bypassed their State Legislatures in changing election laws to favor Biden, and open the door to uncontrollable fraud.
If Scotus gives that a pass, then this really isn’t the USA period.

If the “Supreme Court” does not step in then they will be giving their approval for China to take over the USA and no point in ever having future elections.
Biden will sign an executive order giving citizenship 30 million illegals that are here now and another 30 million through chain migration. The court must know this. It will be the complete end of our national sovereignty. Communist China will rule over us forever.

Well....this has been posted on “TWITTER”...so, it must be true.
That is clearly NOT what they have been asked to do.
They’ve asked to simply review and confirm that these 4 states did not follow the law if their legislatures, as required by the US Constitution, which these states did not even deny in their responses.
The suggested remedy was to appropriately re-assert the state legislatures to their constitutional duty to select their state electors, in the limited time remaining.
If they hide from their duty to our country to resolve this, then it is one of our darkest days ever. Future elections will be decided by whoever can cheat the most, if they all haven’t been recently already.
I wouldn’t call for war. I’d start on the 4th of January, issuing a Texas legislative package to recall the two Senators and 36 House members to come ‘home’. I’d give them 48 hours to pack up and return. On the 3rd day, if they haven’t stepped into Texas...the legislature should send a brief letter to Pelosi that these members are not recognized by the state as House members. You can even call the process ‘de-Texafied’.
Over the next week....get twenty other states to commit to the recall, and bring the ‘team’ back home.
SCOTUS would be legalizing voter fraud.

Laws are selectively enforced, we’ve been watching it for years. The people we supposedly elected, and those that they appointed, have enabled and encouraged this disparity in law enforcement. This battle has been going on for decades, remember sandy berger? The fact that we let this go on for so long is on us. We allowed it to go to far down this road to be able to do anything about now. We let our ancestors and ourselves down.
