Laws are selectively enforced, we’ve been watching it for years. The people we supposedly elected, and those that they appointed, have enabled and encouraged this disparity in law enforcement. This battle has been going on for decades, remember sandy berger? The fact that we let this go on for so long is on us. We allowed it to go to far down this road to be able to do anything about now. We let our ancestors and ourselves down.
Progressives and their corportist allies are in firm control of all of our institutions. It’s far more likely that CW2 is over rather than just starting.

I’m not a lawyer, nor a Constitutional expert. I rely on common sense and it has served me well. As I see it, there are three possibilities:
1. Rule in favor of Texas and Trump wins:
2. Rule in favor of Defendants and Biden wins; or
3. Don’t take the case.
Results 1 & 2 will result in one group or another will not accept the result. The United States splits. However, 3. is the worst possible outcome. If they refuse to even hear the case, the Constitution doesn’t matter and the covenant between the states and the federal government is destroyed.
There is no good outcome.
They don't have to. They just have to let the truth be revealed. The real results of the election should prevail.
