Yup. That sums it up Snowybear. I’ve showed up to “organized patriot protests” at which only one other person showed up. And lots of weird other things. It was hard staying home this week. Even tho daughter in Alabama knew that I haven’t been getting around well since Christmas she called hubby to make sure I was home when the capitol violence hit the news.
It is a blessing to see young patriots taking up this cause. Maybe they will do a better job than my empathethic generation.
The challenge coins started in the military, but they are not exclusive to the military. Some people give them as a thank you or a memento.

BTW, there are still some who believe Pence is a white hat and is playing a role at Trump’s behest. That would make him a triple agent I guess. Just throwing it out there.
An argument in favor of this theory is the fact that Pence is reportedly opposing the current attempts to remove Trump via the 25th amendment. Of course he could still be a black hat and oppose using the 25th amendment. After all, optics matter and vindictiveness is not part of Pence’s public persona. This could just be Pence attempting to bolster his fair minded, sober, and judicious image.

I’m feeling such joy right now. The video was posted on 1/7 at 7:10 pm (017 backwards) with a 17 second angle switch in the middle of it. When I realized that, I started laughing out loud. I could be feeling such fear right now, and instead— joy. The only thing missing was an overlay of Pepe’s head. Or a middle finger!
