At 1/4 speed it’s obvious that the hand and microphone are not in the same place at the same time. This video is obviously a fake. There is absolutely no doubt that this is a fake, as well as all the other videos of biden.
It has been doctored to make it appear Biden spontaneously answered some reporters questions. I think the video was of him approaching a group of aids and secret service, not reporters. They added the mics and a voiceover of a supposed reporter to make it look like him talking to reporters. With a mask on his face, it’s easy to add his voice. You cannot read his lips to know what he is really saying. My guess is he was asking aids, where am I? What do I do now?
there is another angle showing that the resident biden walked up to the reporters, passed some microphones and placed his hands in front.
green screen works on a foreground and background. biden walks too far to be green screened unless it travels with him, and the microphones placed in later would appear on top of the video of resident biden, and it would take considerable effort to make it look like a bad green screen... there is no story here except that biden went out of his way to ignore reporters questions.

You seem to have a lot of free time on your hands. Go watch Whitehouse live cam on YouTube for 20-30 minutes. I do it multiple times daily. Its a deserted building with a skeleton crew. No snipers on the roof for about a week. All the windows are dark. One lone marine on the front porch. One or two lights on in the attached office complex. One or two people occasionally patrolling the grounds. No vehicles. You figure it out.
