Delta Air Lines needs to sanctioned and dissolved if necessary. At a minimum they cannot be allowed to operate in U.S. airspace. Their behavior is no different than the korporations who committed atrocities in Nazi Germany.

i wouldn’t take the entire company down, most of those people have nothing to do with this decision
but, i echo the sentiments to deal with everyone in the company that was involved with implementing this decision.
Further just the fact they are exempting current employees but only new hires, that’s a massive legal lawsuit right there as well

government already has ruled employers cant force workers to take health/wellness tests, this is a far bigger freedom incursion
no one can force people to take experimental treatments if they don’t want them, basic human rights, nuremburg laws, we executed people for pulling this shiite and we should do so again if necessary

Further in this case its completely arbitrary and not for health reasons, as current employees can refuse and keep working - so they cannot hide behind the claim its for gealth and safety - tgey just created two health classes of workers for reasons nothing to do with health
its arbitrarily discrimanatory in this case, their health argument for it falls apart as its only for new people, not existing staff
if its truly about health all employees would have to be subject to it or no job, and thats not what they are doing here
