And just why are the Toronto police looking for him? Aren’t there some old ladies that are not wearing masks properly that need a sound beat down? Aren’t there thought crimes that need attending to? Seems odd unless someone is getting a DNA sample through stealth.

It was reported the man attended the daycare several times during the day and removed soiled diapers from a garbage bin.I thought I knew Canadian English pretty well by growing up near the border. But this is the first time I've heard attended used as a synonym for visited.
Or is it just ignorant journalism?
Or did this big boy actually go in for snack time, story time, nap time or some other daycare activity?
