You said you wanted to know why. You didn’t read the article I posted. You don’t know what you’re talking about in this case. Only thing we’re dealing with from you now is your ego. If your ego isn’t going to let you learn why people are interested in this that’s your problem. Go to another topic. Have a nice day.

“You said you wanted to know why. You didn’t read the article I posted. “

I did. and it was only semi-comprehensible in a Dr. Phil, Oprah, Karen sense when juxtaposed against the rest of the world.
You want to follow daytime soaps, by all means go for it.

“You don’t know what you’re talking about in this case.”
Example please.

Very interesting!
Sep 17 - Laundrie’s sister says she had not spoken to her brother Brian since he returned to Florida.
Sep 30 - Dog says he believes she was at the Fort De Soto Park same time as Brian Laundrie.
Oct 2 - Attorney for the Laundrie family admits “Cassie saw her brother Brian on ... September 6 at Fort De Soto Park”.

The Laundrie family’s lies are starting to unravel.
I hope they all go down as Accessories After The Fact.
(People have been successfuly tried and convicted on lesser eveidence here in the UK.)

Anything/body found in addition to the discovery of Petito is incidental. You may as well laud discovery of new dinosaur bones.

You are incredibly flippant and dismissive of Robert Lowerys remains being found and given to his family. You asked: Exactly what results are being produced by this publicity. When given a result, you dismiss it as all your ilk does.

You don't want answers. You want to control what others discuss.

In the USA you have to convince not one but two juries that the defendant knew of a crime before official charges were filed and then acted to further commission of said crime. Two huge hurdles have to be crossed one is innocent until proven guilty and reasonable doubt. This is to say you have to have concrete evidence of knowledge of the crime by the defendant. This is nearly impossible to prove when the crime was not even public nor was the body found until after the family split up by nearly a week difference in time. He could hahe told his family anything he wanted. You the DA have to prove with some form of evidence that he told his family he committed a crime. In this case ATM fraud is what he is currently charged with. If I was on either jury you would not get close to a true bill or guilty verdict just due to contact and a family camping trip. It only takes one person on a grand jury to hang it and throw a no bill you need a unanimous decision in federal level cases. A high grand jury can be reconvened for a second try but continually trying at the grand jury level the defendant will sue for harassment after the second try.

I disagree that the bar has to be that high. People have been convicted on circumstantial evidence when there’s a ton of it. And these people are proven liars.

“You are incredibly flippant and dismissive of Robert Lowers remains being found and given to his family.”

Not at all.
I was stating the FACT that it was not a result other than incidental.
Not flippant, not dismissive except in your mind.

Actually, you are quite rude and flippant, just like the rest of your ilk. You deem yourself above others who are interested in a subject that doesn’t interest you . Virtue signaling is disgusting even when “conservatives” do it.

For two weeks, the Laundrie family concealed that the girl was missing. They ignored many calls from the girl’s family as to her welfare. All that while, keeping hold of her vehicle and probably some other personal possessions. I think that’s enough to show they knew something was seriously wrong. (I’d be curious to know when the girl’s family first knew Brian had returned to Florida, and whether her van was stored in the open or out of sight in the Laundries’ garage.)

I think they would have a pretty tough job explaining that away in a court room.

Here in the UK, in many cases people have been charged and convicted with murder or as accessories before a body has been found.
Within hours of the girl’s family reporting her missing, “Our daughter is missing and we fear she has come to some harm or may be held against her will,” the cops should have been searching the Laundrie households and asking questions.

The only thing one can say for sure is that we now know the girl was already dead (murdered) and nothing would save her.

***Is Brian that family’s dirty laundry***

NO! Brian is a sociopath, in fact the classic profile of a sociopath, a person without a conscience. They are filled with a sense of self righteousness, so much so that they believe that most people think as they do.

Brian was almost surely made that way by his parents by doing just what they are doing now: helping him escape the consequences of antisocial deeds while justifying his heinous actions with love and support.

Of course lying is an essential component of such an antisocial pathology as well as a sense of privilege all around.

For me, this scenario fits all the facts. Whatever Brian did with the girl, he returns home with her van and the family all continue their normal lives as if nothing has happened. When the heat rises they do a little traveling, a little camping, a little disappearing -- a little helping their beloved family member to escape (once again) the consequences of his antisocial behavior.

Either they all used burner phones or they are somewhat experienced in spy tradecraft ... OR the FBI, who took over the case (which they rarely do in murder cases), is displaying their more recent penchant for incompetence.

The parents and family have to be an integral part of the resolution of this case. No self respecting sociopath would expect any less.

With the FBI taking over the case there is little chance that the public will ever learn what really happened. The FBI lies about everything as a matter of principle. And sociopathic Laundrie would be the Laundrie family’s dirty laundry. Their behaviour seems to indicate they all share in Brian’s condition.

While driving Gabby’s van back to mommy’s house on Sept. 1, Brian stopped off at his sister’s.

Then she’s camping with the family at Ft. De Soto away from prying cameras and surveillance.

She says after the family camping trip, she goes to Disney. Hmm, what’s in Orlando besides Disney? Oh, yeah, there’s Orlando’s airport with flights all over the world.

Interesting the lawyer is now also representing her.

She obviously doesn’t care about her kids. Her lies will follow them to school. What will happen to them IF she and her husband, her parents and the North Carolina grandfather end up in jail for obstruction and aiding and abetting? Yeah, that’s a stretch but one can hope.

LE needs to put pressure on her husband.

Don’t listen to fake lawyers on this thread. There are certain clowns who play pretend “lawyer” play pretend “PhD” and play pretend “former military.”

These same sickening clowns also brag about voting against governor Abbott for signing Constitutional carry into law and constantly push vaccine mandates.

Fact check: federal grand juries have 16-23 members. Only 12 need to concur for an indictment to issue. There is no unanimity requirement.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frcrmp/rule_6

There is also no such thing as “suing for harassment” if one doesn’t like a grand jury decision, or if a prosecutor makes several attempts to bring a true bill after a no true bill.

Prosecutors have absolute immunity for their prosecutorial acts, not qualified, absolute.

BREAKING!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s believed that one or more of the Laundries used the park’s public bathroom on at least one occasion. Maybe two.
