Is Roger making a pun/double entendre? We know the usual meaning of “keeper,” but is he also implying she will be his keeper? He is irascible and needs one.

IMHO, Pink Floyd is the most boring band in history. And Waters is an authoritarian putz. Of course, he avoids UK taxes and lives on Long Island. Classic Clinton liberal. Spew one thing, do the opposite.
And fighting constantly with his former bandmates (mainly David Gilmour) over money and Pink Floyd intellectual property issues.
