I never did trust those Keebler elves.
I miss being young enough for Frosted Flakes...
“Froot Loops” are made from 100% froot! So he can’t touch them.
I remember a time when lying about a product got a company fined or reprimanded. Remember Joe Namath and pantyhose? Now they lie and get away with it because their lobbyists grease congressional palms.
Good.
You can’t claim your product is something it isn’t.
If this hero had balls, he’d sue Xio Bei Din and KamelToe for their Vaccine that isn’t a Vaccine.
The old ‘English Rule’ in lawsuits has great merit: the loser pays all costs associated with the lawsuit. That would cut down the amount of frivolous lawsuits, you betcha.
I don’t remember Joe Namath and pantyhose. What happened?
Between frivolous product liability lawsuits and plain old shrinkage it’s a wonder there is anything on the shelves.
“Just like lawyers in love”
Joe did a pantyhose commercial and there was a bruhaha because it was “false advertising” as he didn’t use the product.
What about the movie, “The Never Ending Story”? Why does it have an ending? Clearly false advertising.
And Girl Scout cookies. Are they made with REAL Girl Scouts?
This appears to be how he makes a living. Now if only we could harness that and send him after libtard legislators, judges, biased media, and wokester companies...
“”The old ‘English Rule’ in lawsuits has great merit: the loser pays all costs associated with the lawsuit. That would cut down the amount of frivolous lawsuits, you betcha.””
That’s been needed for a long time in this country..Way past due!
:)
I always ask the Girl Scouts If the cookies are made from real Girl Scouts. some don’t know what to say. I got a glare on time. :) sometimes I buy a box.
Made with Real Girl Scouts??
Dont Ask... Dont Tell...
