Girls that go to ERAU want to be there.
When I went to ERAU, it was less than 10% Women.
There is a Large Number of Women today going into Engineering because their career counselor in High School says they are guaranteed a job at a woke corp when they get out, and he isn’t lying.
There are Guys that want to be Rap Stars and Club DJ’s in engineering roles that also have guaranteed jobs. They are as equally worthless as the girl engineer that wants so work at Tiffany.
False advertising. She is not sexy.
One of my Female engineers had huge college debt, bought a house right out of College she was upside down in and bought multiple expensive motorcycles. so She chucked it all and bought a Van to live in (which we later found out was parked in the driveway of her mom’s 4,000 Square foot house in a nice Neighborhood.)
We paid her over $100K a year 4 years out of College.
She was featured in a Time Magazine article on “van Life” and she cited “income Inequality” as one of the reasons she lived in a van.

Too bad she doesn’t have parents that can give her actual good advice.
