Ok, I try to put myself in that position - he’s standing really close to the kid, behind him, touching his hair and shoulder - and ask myself for how long, or how many times, I would be able to do something like that (not that I ever would! children are ICKY!) and get away with it. I mean, like not have the kid’s parent beat on me or the cops arrest me.
I thought it was borderline behavior. I asked my wife to look, and she said he looked like he was doing it absetntmindedly. Which is subtly creepier. The man has no boundaries, no sense of others’ personal space. That’s creepy.

You’re right. ChoMoeJoe petting and dragging a kid is small potatoes to all the other things the Democrats are doing right now. The kid’s parents need a good talking-to but eh. The pile of innocent victims is going to get pretty big. He’s just another casualty.
