I initially thought the NYPD was being sent out to enforce these stupid vaccine mandates in this restaurant because the restaurant owner refused to do it himself.
If the police are threatening to arrest non-compliant customers for TRESPASSING, then I’m now thinking that the restaurant staff called the police. I don’t think the police can charge someone with trespassing unless the property owner files the complaint.
NYPD alienating the few supporters they still have in the city.

Love how the submissive boot lickers claim the fact that the charge is “trespassing” because the cops demand peoples’ papers and then demand the owner of the restaurant press charges for trespassing — or face a fine.
It would seem so, much how the FBI was replaced. My dad and cousin were NYPD cops, no way in hell would they ever do this. I have to show this to him, it’s going to really tick him off. Unbelievable that they would lick DuhBlasios anus, what the hell?
This forces me to rethink my opinion on defunding the police.
If they going to act like the Stassi, maybe they shouldn’t be around.

I hate these Policies and the way the NYPD is enforcing them but when the owner of the establishment asks you to leave the premises then you should do it or else you’ll be subject to arrest for Criminal Trespass in most jurisdictions.
At the same time I a client of the establishment would advise the manager that once I walk out of that business I’ll Never return to it.It will be the businesses loss.
A simple lunch in New York could cost $100.00 easy. so “F” them.

Doing this to a child trying to eat is absolutely disgusting. Scientifically they are no threat whatsoever. I cannot support police that do this. Thought the NYPD was law enforcement and not mandate enforcement?
Hope people get a pro bono lawyer and file a lawsuit against the city, the police department and the police officers involved.
Next time NYPD wants you to feel sorry for them. Just send them videos of them kicking out people trying to eat.
