They are. On my Ducati, they are behind me. On the Indian they are way out in front.
Always wanted one of those. They feel like an electric motor - no vibration at all. But for too many reasons I'm still making do with my R75/7.
This new "Indian" (which it's not) is just another y-a-w-n.
Is that a 2 cyl opposed twin?
I had a 2 cyl opposed twin (Onan) in a tractor and it was a great engine.
Always liked that one, especially the contrasting seat.
I still like twins over triples. The latter is just weird.
One of the problems with retiring is my still working wife won’t let me get the Pan America 1250 Special I’m lusting after. Well, not and stay married . . .
Bkmk
I agree
I was riding a Yamaha XS 750 in Hawaii for 5 years. Smooth power through the shaft drive. I still miss it. )))
I had a big bike. (BMW 1200). It was getting to the point where it was unwieldy.
The thought of a nice, nimble thing for around town sounds nice. But where do I put the groceries?
Does it come with automatic parking, and a rear camera, and lane departure tech, and a 10 inch GPS system?
If not ...
NEXT!
Water cooled. Meh.
I don’t get this black motorcycle stuff they are doing nowadays.
Even had a Harley salesman try and tell me it was ‘Black Chrome’. I said no thanks.
Black makes it HARDER TO SEE THE MOTORCYCLE!.................
BTW, add me to your pinger list............
