Falls are funny. They can amount to nothing and they can lead to dirt nap. Being in the military as a combat troop, I have had a lot of them. Some by choice and others not. The choice ones didn’t hurt as much.
I’m sure I’ve had a few more than I knew, but it appears he was in the same situation when he went to bed and was found dead as far as we know it was in bed he died. So if he was hammered, the brain bleed possibly would not have been so extensive as he would have been killed instantly and the heart stopped. Therefore, no blood movement. A lot of variables.
