The box set is coming out in 4K soon.I have no interest in III so I'll wait until they're released separately.

They made the theaters an offer they couldn’t refuse.

I’m only going if cannoli is on sale at the snack bar.

I have never seen Godfather Part 2 on the big screen. I hope they don’t wait two years to release it.

Is this the chronological version where they splice GF1 & 2 to make it into a single film?

I think I heard that as done.

How appropriate! “The Godfather” is about the Corleone crime family and the SotU is about the Biden crime family.

They couldn’t make now. There were not any current minorities or gays and the Italians did not have white privilege.

“’The Godfather’ is about the Corleone crime family and the SotU is about the Biden crime family.”
The difference is in the very first line in the film: “I believe in America.”

One time on either showtime or TMC or one of their pay movie channels I saw a Godfather movie that was approximately 6 to 7 hours in length. It was a compilation of all three, in one film, except that it had answered some questions that you’re left with by the versions 1, 2 and 3 that are out there now. For example it shows Michael getting his revenge on the guy who set the bomb in the car that killed Apollonia. It answers what happened to Sonny’s wife and family and it does discuss Jenco (sp?) from the time when Sunny says pop had Jenco, look what I got (when he was pissed at Tom for trying to negotiate peace. I wishI would’ve recorded it but I didn’t. And I’ve tried to see if I could find it online for sale but I’ve been unable.
I think it was how Coppola wanted his movie to be viewed. It wasn’t as choppy as I, II and III.

I doubt it...4K is considered a bit “high end” today...that is,most households don't buy 4K discs. My guess is that the 4K release will include all three films in their original format.

People starving for good movie making everything now is boring as not to offend anyone. I like to watch the indie low budgets on streaming applications.
