Someone should send him 91 tribbles and one to grow on!
—
You really only need to send one tribble and in short order, he’ll have 91.

Shatner always reminded me a bit of my dad who passed away last year. Certainly, Kirk was his defining role, but I think Denny Crane was probably the character closest to Shatner's actual personality. Over the top, usually well-intentioned, and able to roll right through good times and bad with with a buoyant spirit and sense of humor.
Happy Birthday Mr. Shatner!
Happy birthday. Mr. Shatner!
One of my two favorite Canadians.
Him, and Michael Ironside.

Seeing Mr. Shatner’s raw emotions when he came back from that space flight was amazing. His comments made me want to reach for the stars.
Happy birthday, Mr. Shatner! Thank you for all the movies and memories.

I saw an ad for a documentary show he’s narrating for the History Channel on Friday evenings. Something about unsolved mysteries. I’ll have to check it out.

I like Michael Ironside as well. As I recall he gave a solid performance in V which was produced in about 1983.
To: Maine Mariner
Ironside and Shatner were also in a horror movie together called Visiting Hours.
