It should be pretty obvious by now that, barring nuclear weapons, Russia mounts no threat to NATO at all. This ain’t the USSR and it’s Red Army of a hundred armored divisions.

Giving Putin a bloody nose in Ukraine is fine with me, but let’s be honest: Biden and the media want to keep milking this war right up to the election, so Biden can distract everyone from domestic disasters and posture as a latter day Churchill.

Yes. He is not alone. But Biden loves this war and can’t wait to get war going with China.

Clearly the US wants it to keep going as long as possible.

“Trump: It doesn’t make sense that Russia and Ukraine aren’t sitting down and working out some kind of an agreement. If they don’t do it soon, there will be nothing left but death, destruction, and carnage. This is a war that never should have happened, but it did. The solution can never be as good as it would have been before the shooting started, but there is a solution, and it should be figured out now—not later—when everyone will be DEAD! “

Trump is right, again. This is a stupid and unnecessary war. I wish he was POTUS now because he would work towards peace. Biden is to demented and compromised to act. Trump would force a sit down with both.

We have to stop this crap of being the global police. It's not our problem. No reason to be involved. It does not affect our own national security. It's Europe's problem; let them aid Ukraine which is as corrupt as Russia/Putin.

How can anyone defend our involvement when we are being invaded by an open border in the South? How can anyone defend our involvement when drugs are poisoning our citizens? How can anyone defend our involvement when crime has skyrocketed in all urban areas by as much as 40%? Our greatest cities are under siege mostly by people of a certain pigmentation. Violent crime.

This is not the era of WWII when our nation had its priorities right.

You are outraged and believe we should go to war with Russia? That we must keep sending money and equipment to a corrupt nation-state which will eventually evolve into us sending troops at some point? Then send your own son, send your own daughter or go yourself like the guy from MSNBC.

We have the most corrupt government in the history of this once great nation. A continuation of the obama era. Do you really trust the judgement of those people?

Want to help? Support those who are helping the victims through Samaritans Purse, World Kitchen, etc. Just stop advocating that America get involved.

Ukraine is a failed state by every measure. Crruption, top three, Pandora Papers, Nazis terrorizing citizens.

Give the blue to Russia and the rest to Poland. Done deal.

A friendly reminder the neocon’s favorite butt buddy, Zelensky, just openly interfered a few hours ago in France’s election and called for people to not vote for Le Pen

“Sounds like a silly quote, when you have an invasion by a superpower”

Russia is not a superpower in conventional weapons. We are.

It’s remarkable how in the last 20 years attitudes along political lines have completely flipped. In 2003 conservatives were eager for war, and liberals were vehemently against it. Now, it’s the exact opposite

“I’m certainly on Ukraine’s side in this battle, but I’m also starting to wonder if Zelenskyy isn’t playing us. We keep sending him hundreds of millions of dollars in weaponry and the next week or two he wants more!
I’m naturally suspicious anymore.🤨”

How long do you think that stuff lasts in combat? There are estimates that what we are sending — aside from hard assets such as artillery — is enough to last about 18 to 24 hours; thus, the need for continuing re-supply. Ordnance without ammo are just props.

Yup I remember.

I also remember (z)alinsky asking for money

Then asking

” more”
“ more”
“ more”

Asking for arms and weapons

Then asking

” more”
“ more”
“ more”

The guy is a regular griffting black hole.

Europe's future will be Muslim and flooded with Kalashnikovs, MANPADs, and Javelins, all of which we paid for.

It's going to be interesting.

“I’m certainly on Ukraine’s side in this battle, but I’m also starting to wonder if Zelenskyy isn’t playing us.”

It’s probably more that his decisions are being heavily influenced by sponsors here in this country who want a continuing war with Russia regardless of whether or not a negotiated settlement might be better for Ukraine’s citizens.

I doubt that most Americans realize how much meddling in Ukraine’s affairs was going on besides Russia. There were two coups there in the last 20 years and they sure look like groups here in the West were involved in some fashion. Soros, Nuland, McCain, NGOs, the Biden family and Hillary all seem to have been very interested in Ukraine.

Ukraine is still the underdog against Russia in this fight. Why wouldn’t he ask for as much as he can get?
