Very interesting in that they seem to think they can impeach someone for the actions of a spouse. Causing discomfort for a suspect's family members has been in their political DNA, and worse, for over a 100 years. We should expect no less.
What is relevant is that it is simply a matter of votes. impeachment by Pelosi's House would be an easy day's work. Conviction and removal by the Senate would be the result of a 2/3's vote.
What may be most important is whether he could continue to hear cases during any intentionally delayed process.

Off-topic, forgive me but do you guys remember Michael Luttig? Guy was talked up as “the next Scalia”.
How he’s writing propaganda pieces about Republicans “plotting to steal the 2024 election”. SMH.
