True. Please avoid Kellogg’s. Sad. In the past they had great products and fun games. Now it is anti-American, anti-family garbage. Cream of Wheat is rich in iron, along with B vitamins like niacin, vitamin B6, thiamine, riboflavin, and folate.
Coffee to me is just overwhelming bitter or bland even after dumping sugars and creams. Alcoholic drinks taste like listerine.
Plain tea light on the sugar is great. Love hot chocolate and the old standard milk.

I’m sure they have probably gone up everywhere. I think they’re the cheapest quality source of protein and fat though.
