How about:
After the Row v Wade leak, a new and \violent organization\ called Jane’s Revenge began attacking and burning Pro-life facilities, mostly in the US Northwest.

To those of you in Rio Linda, Jane’s Revenge was given carte-blanche after the leak to terrorize America and make them [us] fear the overturn of RvW.
It gave them political street cred, meaning they won’t be designated a “domestic terror” group.

We will find out that Jane’s Revenge is an operational arm of ANTIFA and funded entirely by George Soros.

There have been riots, but not at the level seen before. The media seems to be down-playing whatever has happened.

you are a waste of time.

Would you ignore a murder because the victim is already dead?

With surrender-monkeys like you we will continue to have the left roll all over us.

I don’t think it was Roberts. If he was the leaker the Left would reveal it, Roberts would have to resign in disgrace, and Dementia Joe would get a new Supreme Court pick.

I’ve been complaining about the loss of interest in who leaked this info for weeks. There is something very funny going on here. In the absence of gross incompetence by the DOJ (a real possibility), there is no way the identity of the leaker is still unknown, yet it has not been revealed. WHY. If either the RAT party or the Repubs knew the identity and it gave them an advantage it would instantly be made public (especially in an election year). One explanation is that the info benefits neither party but would harm some SC intern/law clerk that is liked by both sides. Knowing that the info would ruin his career both sides has agreed to keep silent (as well as the left and right media).

I think it was mentioned during the ACA fiasco that Robertss adopted a child from Ireland and had the paperwork go through another country because is was illigal at the time, I haven’t been able to substantiate.

“There have been rumors that Roberts visited pedo island and that, as a result, the left owns him.”

Yup, rumors. Unless you have proof, you are one of those who are spreading rumors.

Ok, I will need your help with this one. I have looked through multiple news stories but it is unclear. Most news stories are directly stating that Roe was overturned in a 6-3 vote. I found one the mentions a 5-4 in relation to a "dissent" from Roberts, but the specifics are ambiguous.

What case was brought before the SCOTUS that involved a direct vote on Roe vs Wade separate from the Mississippi case? Yes, Roberts issued a statement, saying he would not have voted to overturn Roe, but that seems to be a distinction with no difference, and he made it for political reasons. My understanding is that the SCOTUS cannot issue rulings on disputes that are not brought before them. So how was there a separate vote on Roe v Wade apart from Dobbs v. Jackson? If so, what was the name of the other case?

If there is no other case either the SCOTUS voted twice or Roberts is playing word games in his "dissent".

I’ve already beat you to this.
I was the first person on the internet to say that Roberts may have leaked this himself.

RINO Roberts (appointed by GW Bush) = RINO Souter (appointed by GHW Bush). The Bushes knew how to pick ‘em.

There's one monkey wrench in your scenario:

If Roberts leaked the draft in an attempt to sway one or more of the other five justices, it would be highly likely that their reaction would be the exact opposite of what he intended.

1. The justices would lose confidence in each other, and in HIM.

2. They would likely be very pissed off at him.

3. They would see the failure to identify the "leaker" as an indictment of him as the Chief Justice.

And when Roberts was unsuccessful he voted to overturn

No, he didn't. He voted to leave the 15 week law (Mississippi?) in tact (6-3), but voted to keep Roe (5-4).

I’m sure they found out who it was within a few days, they just decided to cover it up, probably even let the leaker stay in place.

I have wondered if the “leak” was actually a softened blow.

Regarding Roberts, he is most of all an institutionalist, meaning that he tries to preserve and protect the Court as much as possible. For this reason, I don't believe he would leak the draft opinion. But, it also means that he doesn't really want to reveal who the leaker is once (or if) they are discovered. The unsolved mystery will likely fade away, where a proven accusation against a staffer or justice would be a much deeper stain on the court.

Most of his decisions have less to do with the application of the law in an originalist or textualist manner and more to do with making the least upheaval of the status quo. He seeks to be a compromiser, but I think his ability to do that is quickly slipping away.

Yet someone leaked the opinion. That’s a fact, not theory. It’s reasonable to speculate why and who.

The Bushes knew how to pick ‘em.

They also picked Alito and Thomas. Though I seriously doubt anyone had any idea that Thomas would turn out to be the conservative giant that he is today. So, they "accidentally" got two picks right.

There were 2 rulings...
6-3 on the state question...
5-4 on overturning r v w

Then your view is someone from the conservative side leaked it.
