So, in the counties that Biden won, he got 184% of the number of votes that Obama got in the counties that he won.

In 2008, Obama got 69,456,897 votes.
In 2020, Biden is credited with 81,281,888 “votes”, which is 17% more than what Obama got.
So, Biden was so popular that he was credited with almost double (9% vs. 17%) the number of votes that could be contributed to population increase.
