Remember, in the 1990s she stole hundreds of FBI files on members of Congress. The files were used to attack Rep. Henry Hyde (who was leading the impeachment of her husband), and miraculously turned John McCain into a closet democrat and best friend of Hillary.
Bingo, the instant I heard about this I knew why too.
So Trump had these declassified documents incriminating Hillary. He sat on them for over a year and a half without releasing them, allowing Hillary to go scot-free.
Who's side is he on?
I smelled Hitlery in this right from the get-go. She’s running in 2024 and needs a massive cleanup done before she announces.
Below is a link to an excellent piece discussing the private RICO case between DJ Trump and HR Clinton et al. Lately the United States via the DOJ has tried to introduce itself in the case by arguing that several former FBI employees (Strzok, McCabe, Klinesmith etc) acted in their official capacities and thus should not have to defend themselves against the suit.
Included is also a timeline which makes it very probable that it was the documents that Trump's lawyers had quoted that DOJ wanted get control over.

President Trump wouldn’t have brought his lawsuit against the deep state criminals not having copies in attorneys possession in one form or another.
Trump should have put a copy of Hunter Biden’s hard drive in one of those boxes and labeled it “Secret nuclear weapons plans. Do not steal or read!”

He just brought a lawsuit against them. He is not out to pacify the unthinking.
Recalling to all reader’s attention, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is the same LEFT-tainted US Government agency that, in September of 2021, put a “Harmful Language Alert” on their website displays/discussions of the US Constitution and other foundational documents. The warning links to a description; “racist, sexist, ableist, misogynistic/misogynoir, and xenophobic opinions and attitudes” or being “discriminatory towards or exclude diverse views on sexuality, gender, religion, and more.”
Additionally, the NARA’s racism task force, in June of 2021, claimed that the Archives’ rotunda, which houses these founding documents, is an example of “structural racism.” Words fail and thus does the NARA credibility as well!
Hillary has a great fixer. She doesn’t need anything on anybody.
Much deeper than that. When Trump was president, Vlad Putin handed to him a data trove on the Biden crime family and the clintons. The federal bureau of thuggery has been ordered to find and remove all that data.
Look at Hillary's $10,000 a minute 'speeches' given in 3re world countries... Then look at DC Democrat's whore monger children shaking down the rest of the world while sitting on Chinese and Ukrainian company 'boards'... All of 'em are on the take. And the FBI? They don't care about killers, rapists, school shooters, cartels, pressure cooker killers...Nope they care about 'hurt feeling of gays, trans, sexual weirdos and people with excess pigmentation. In short the FBI focus is on protecting the 'feelings' of white liberal 'elites'....
Why wouldn't the DOJ and FBI want their kids 'on the take' - on the DC gravy train too? Lots of money out there for the 'hunters' of Washington DC... as long as the FBI secret police (KGB wannabees) protects 'elites'...

And the fact that the documents cannot be made public is no coincidence, it is a feature of the bureaucratic centralized system.
