Peak Guns and Roses he drank no plain water for ten years. But put away a large bottle of vodka every day. He ended up with his pancreas swelling to the size of a football. He was in such extreme pain, that even morphine didn’t make a dent. He was hospitalized for three weeks. When this was done they ordered him to go to rehab. He refused, He said, “I just had my rehab”. He has been clean ever since that, 1994 or so.
