About 15 years ago, my cousin obtained dual citizenship even though he’s a 3rd generation American. He said the way the country was going he needed an escape route.

Yes, it is way past time. I will take it a step further in stating that the mentally ill (not just the criminally insane) need to hospitalized.This country needs a three pronged approach to the homeless mess that is riddling major cities and spreading.

1. Mental health hospitals
2. Jail for the drug users
3.Poor farms for those who are not mentally ill or drug users but are homeless.
