Yep the true horrors of prop 3 are buried just like prop 2 which will legalize vote fraud. Prop 2 is the state version of HR1 and it will mean the Republicans will never win another state wide race or a majority in either chamber again. This was set up when the rats stole the MI SC a few years ago.
