RE: According to a recent poll, reports of President Donald Trump’s demise as GOP figurehead may be highly exaggerated.

After the disastrous showing of most polls including the usually accurate Trafalgar this midterm, I wonder how we could ever trust polls again….

Take this particular poll with a grain of salt. They fail to take into account other factors.

"A million more people voted for Trump in FL than RD ..."

Trump won FL by a few points running against a basement dwelling puppet beltway insider.

DeSavage won by 20 points. Ron's margin of victory was several times better than the Don's.

Comparing FL elections between The Don and Ron is silly. The Don survived his FL race. Ron is king, administering a true Death Blow to his foe.

Trump is doing his best to write off FL too, being a dick to the king. PA, GA, FL, probably WI....

Nothing like pissing off the swing states to start your new campaign.

“ I’d vote for your cat over anyone the Dems run for office.”

That probably wouldn’t work…but if the Democrats ran a cat for Senator, I guarantee a 2-3 point win for the cat.

Lol! Could be more, considering how many cats vote by mail — funny how they always vote Democrat. Everyone knows all cats are Independents, so of course it’s a wee bit auspicious, but the ‘rats get away with it every time.

He will be almost 80.

Haven’t we had enough old fools trying to run things?

They should all retire.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yes, ageist! We need a rebranded YOUNG FOOL to run the country. How about AOC?
Age is a number...
Seriously? Some young have the memory of a goldfish? Trump did many great things for the country and the economy.
And many here have listed them. Low gas prices, low inflation, low immigration, cheap gas, bringing back industry no wars to start.
I don’t remember ANYONE here saying Trump was too old to run a week before the midterms when I seem to recall him doing 5 rallies in one week. Commentators from RAV, NewsMax and RSB commented that he looked great~~YOUNG and FIT. But then you probs didn’t watch the rally because he is an “old fool.”
When he stood on stage during the debates with over a dozen potential nominees in 2016, I thought to myself, Trump seemed to have better answers, a better platform, etc. I had no idea his age, looked it up 70—and was quite surprised...then I realized he was appealing because he had something Jeb, Marco, Ted, Kasich, Santorum, et. al. did not have...varied experience and wisdom. Oh and he would be 78 in 2024. BTW, I am nowhere near 80 yo. even by your standards.
The election results are not finalized, it has been less than a week I am not throwing Trump under the bus regardless of his age.
His pathway to 270 is being blocked by himself. He got 71 million votes and lost to a semi senile candidate.
His juvenile performance in the first debate sealed the deal.
“His juvenile performance ...”
Trump has always been a destroyer.
It was fun when he destroyed people we don’t like.
It sucks now that he can’t stop himself and is trying to destroy people I do like.
His behavior lately is inexcusable. Many rationalize his sick behavior. He is losing ground and did not have any spare ground to lose.
