You may be thinking of this preprint paper that finds “4 discontiguous short stretches of amino acids” that “share amino acid identity or similarity with HIV-1 gp120 and HIV-1 Gag”

It’s a preprint from January 2020. They apparently didn’t follow up on this idea one else seems to have pursued it either. It looks like it could be the sole source for the HIV-SARS2 theory.
You are correct. Aspirin clopidogrel and apixaban taken together is a good way to experience major bleeding complications or death. The three are used together only in very limited circumstances for a very limited period of time with close monitoring

I was tired today... I was thinking of ingested iron particles. As to excretion via the urine one might expect some blocked kidneys, which I have not heard as a side effect. Perhaps bile is the form of excretion or perhaps the odd metal particles discovered in the 'vaccine' is partly responsible for the micro clotting. (?)

That’s an insanely high dose. Seems to me like it’s a “Don’t try this at home, folks” type dose. But I am not a doctor.
Address this to Steve van Doorn; he is familiar with the research on that. Melatonin is attracted to mitochondria in the individual cells, where the effects of the spike protein are manifest.
I have read of NAC as therapeutic in this subject area but have encountered no clinical research on the matter. If you are aware of something useful please share it here. :)

How convenient. Create a virus that makes people sick, the create a vaccine to allegedly keep people from getting sick with your created virus, but oooppsie, the vax causes heart damage so now the people need to take a heart medicine to take care of the side effects from a vax they shouldn’t have needed in the first place.

More dangerous advice from a non- clinician just like ivermectin which killed people due to the delay. The hubris of those who know not basic biology is amazing. Also the hubris of the back benchers who quote the Bible while bearing false witness is a continuing affront to the faith.

I was surprised by that dosing extreme also, especially as melatonin seems to concentrate in mitochondria. I asked Steve Van Doorn about his view on this but he has not yet responded. Perhaps it is a therapeutic extreme for a limited period of time. I included the links to the material but have not had the time to read them. This is all fairly new I presume.
Are you aware of any cases of heart failure attributed to a Covid vaccine or are you just making up conspiracy theories out of whole cloth?
And mild, quickly resolving myocarditis in young people isn't heart failure.
Entresto is one of those drugs that really works. It’s a life saver for many.
My wife’s cardiologist is treating quite a few patients with damaged hearts from the vaxxine. He said he would treat me as my heart has been damaged by the vaxxine as has determined by my doctor.

As an inexperienced medical observer I have refused to be intimidated by terminology that I do not understand; I press forward and in time I find that I understand quite a bit more than I used to. (Of course one needs to avoid the hubris of pretending to give expert advice.) Doctors often accuse me of having medical training - which I do in areas that I have studied for whatever reason.
I think of myself as the same as a medical reporter. My 'training' has saved my life once or twice.
