I wouldn’t want to id who I think it is openly. Libel laws are extremely punitive where I live. American based freepers might be able to do it with more confidence.

Even if one man is, indeed, guilty (and we can't know that until an investigation has taken place), the other five men are forced to endure the accusing stares of their colleagues until it's cleared up.

Libel laws in the USA are such that you knew the information was untrue at the time you said it and went ahead and said it anyway with the intention of hurting someone.
The least of my concerns is being sued because of libel laws, it’s a nonissue.

You could still file suit over something like that, since there is the legal notion of “implicit defamation” that doesn’t require them to actually name you. It might not be the easiest case to make, but you have a shot at least.
It could be Russell Brand even though he’s liberal, he’s been a Covid Skeptic for a long time and realizes the extreme left are the tyrants, which makes him a prime target for destruction.
