The headline says charged with rape. The article says 5 counts of contributing to delinquency of a minor and 5 counts of purchasing alcohol for a minor. Didn’t see anything about rape charges in the article itself.
As far as I’m concerned, once they hit age 35, the ONLY choice is a directed verdict of GUILTY. Showing my liberal streak, I don’t think it’s their fault, as no one can control their aging...but when a female teacher hits age 35, it’s time to move on to men - no more boys.
That should be against the law. Definite lack of “truth in advertising”.

We’re involved in a civil war with people who will subject their own children to permanent gender reassignment surgery (i.e., weiner removal). This kind of behavior by a teacher or administrator is the least of our worries.

Yes, for real. It stands out if you look at women arrested for white collar crimes. No drugs, alcohol, or violence, and even when arrested at the workplace, they all have that disheveled look in their mugshots.
The courts accept that makeup can interfere with a mugshot, and people with long hair *might*, I suppose, conceal some contraband in it. Heck, courts allow rectal and vaginal searches, so they easily get away with a mussed appearance.
