I’m old enough to remember when air-travel was near-luxury, and a big step up from the Greyhound bus. Now these super-discount carriers are the Greyhounds of the sky. It’s even spreading to the big carriers (Delta, American, etc.) as they try to compete fare-wise with the super-discount operators.
