Just... kind of left out ... the years 2018 and 2019 out of the story lead. Typical.
The bigger story is that the demonkkraps lied again. They argued that release of the tax information to the committee for a single former POTUS was for legislative purposes - to look at how POTUS tax returns were audited by the IRS. Apparently they perjured themselves through their attorneys.
The second big story is that Trump complied with the tax laws written by the Congress. So why was this important for the committee again?
How does one committee have the power to act on behalf of the entire Congress? Doesn't the House have to vote to approve the committee's actions first?

I hope President Trump paid zero tax. It will prove his point that the entire system is rigged against the working man.
If Trump committed tax fraud, he should be punished.
If he followed the law and got a refund, good for him.
If the Democrats and Deep State lied about Trump committing tax fraud, to violate his privacy and release his taxes, then they should hang for treason.
If a judge ok his tax release, without evidence of tax fraud, they should hang as well.
The fact that someone is vilified for following the law, paying their taxes, while people like the Biden’s tax in recycled US tax dollars to payoff mansions, and are not investigated or punished, says that we live in a Fascist state.

The question is, Was Trump charged with tax evasion? If not, case closed and shut up. (I’m not talking to you, but the Democrats and MSM.)
I’m going to take a wild guess: since they released this “bombshell” a few days before Christmas it’s just a big nothing burger and they want to get rid of it when no one is paying attention.

That was a pretty significant lie. I heard Trump say it at least 20 times (that he was being audited-when in reality he wasn’t)

Trump during the 2016 and 2020 campaign said he was under IRS audit so under the advice of his accountant he could not release his tax returns.
Just being released Trump was never under IRS audit during those years.
That is a significant lie.

As the Biden Crime Syndicate has demonstrated, it’s their family members and close friends’ tax returns that need to be investigated to see how deep the REAL corruption goes, and how much.
