I’m beginning to prefer to use the kiosks when possible. Number 1 you don’t have to deal with clueless employees...not all of them of course. But you don’t have to deal with attitude or ignorance when you want a specialized order. PLUS I KNOW if the order doesn’t go in correctly I’m the one to blame.
