Below is something called the "Unicorn Frap", hard NO on that.

You're not alone. Guess you have to be a snowflake to appreciate that list.

Cauliflower rice is a nice filler if you want to cut down on carbs.
Cold brew coffee is good in the summer.
Flavored sparkling water is ok. But I was drinking it back in the early 90s. Not sure why the Millennials are trying to claim it.
The rest of these are either never had, somewhat silly (like the "Making Vegetables Cool" bit) or just not that great (looking at you avocado toast).

Same here.
I was at a work event and the only thing to drink was that water that tastes like Alka-Seltzer.
Hard no.

I’m 0 for 25. Me too. No beef jerky, no ramen noodles, no Cheetos, hell, I'd starve to death on a "foodie" diet.

Drives me crazy that Mac and Cheese is now a Gourmet specialty. God...it was something to fill up an empty gut...hardly a treat.

Food in bowls? Folks have been doing that forever. Order Korean bibimbap and it’s always served in a heated stone crockery bowl.

Vegetables and Whole 30 on the same list as that Unicorn frap, gourmet donuts and rainbow bagels...kinda schizophrenic.

I've had quinoa and don't hate it. I take it that black ice cream is not licorice flavored, but just black. Whoopee.
Some of those look interesting. I love sushi, so I'd try poke. I'm an avocado fan, so ditto for avocado toast. I'd try matcha, probably just once, but I'd try it.

Some of the items in the list are just dumb and were not brought to us by millennials or made popular by them.
Poke Bowls?!!! Seriously? Poke has been around in that for for a long time. Brunch being a big deal? Again, seriously?

Charcoal Water!!
My daughter talked me into some kind of "new" charcoal drink that we split at a trendy restaurant.
Later that night I became violently ill, husband said he should have taken me to the hospital. I was sure it was the charcoal.

My cardiologist has me substituting rice for quinoa. It’s okay but not as good as rice.

“Flavored Sparkling Water”.
Hasn’t that been a thing in NYC delicatessens for the last 120 years?

I’ve had most of these except the charcoal water and the rolled ice cream. Does Licorice ice cream count as black?
