It would be very interesting. If they were able to do AI both for prosecution AND defense and Neither side was able to Lie.
Or Smear witnesses in order to sway a jury.

That’s what the legal cartel will say. “No license to practice law...”

Revealing that the whole court system is a scam to keep Poli Sci majors with a JD employed.

Extraordinary Attorney Woo is a lot of fun, not least because of the deep insights into Korean culture and society it provides.

Parasite, the Oscar winning film of a couple years ago was the same way.

Yes indeedy

we will defund the police and court systems with an A.I. equiped cell phone collar around the neck which will be able to detect and deter crimes instantly, adjudicate the case and administer punishment all in one mandatory tracking device.

the device locked around our necks will have bots like facebook has to detect rebellious keywords to weed out harmful thoughts and tamp down disinformation

Justice and corrections will be administered by electrical shock or injections of "correction fluid" or social justice vaccines.

banking and voting will also be done through this device, no more messy contested elections or tax evasion

the technology is already there, all it needs is political approval

everything on NETFLIX is designed to influence public opinion, there isnt a show on there that does not include something gay or a historic revision of some sort . I haven't watched WOO but it is extremly rare to find ANYTHING on Netflix that isn't extremely disturbing and/or perverted with gore

perfect example is "Breaking Bad" where they try to make you empathize with murderous Meth dealers and call it entertainment

“I’m certainly no computer expert, but isn’t AI only as good as the info programmed into it? Bias can be programmed in, couldn’t it?”

I was listening to answers from a Brit AI and it was a scolding, woke AI. I was suspicious that there was a human behind it.

And other that the end of the second episode, it is completely non-woke or PC. Even that episode is pertinent to Korean culture

There was a science fiction novel from back in the 70’s by Lloyd Biggle Jr. where trial lawyers loaded legal references into a judicial computer and out popped the verdict. Monument, I think it was called. Good book IIRC - peaceful natives trying to protect their planet from exploitation, guided by a plan left by a crashed human space traveler. The legal stuff was crucial to the plot.
