Mice immunization strategy
50 μg RBD recombinant protein (Sinobiological: #40592-V05H) was dissolved in 100 μL PBS and then formulated in Freund’s complete adjuvant (Sigma: #9007-81-2) or Freund’s incomplete adjuvant (Sigma: #F5506-10ML) at a ratio of 1.2:1. Four subcutaneous immunizations were administered in conventional group (at Weeks 0, 2, 4, and 6). Or six subcutaneous immunizations were administered in extended group (at Weeks 0, 2, 4, 6, 9, and 12). On day 10 after each immunization, tail vein blood was collected and immediately used for antibody analysis.
I disagree, Berenson said Covid was just the flu, then complained that the vaccines don’t prevent Covid. If it’s just the flu why does it matter if the vaccines work, right Alex? If you didn’t stop reading after the words “Alex Berenson” you would surely stop after the words “a Chinese study”. China claimed for 2 years they only had 3,000 Covid deaths. Yes. You question that?? I know a lot of people. There are a lot of unusual medical “happenings” that even the thickest of thick can’t deny in my circles. But feel free to keep criticizing without the knowledge.
But that is the point isn’t it...when one lacks knowledge as to why a bell has a dull ring...then one questions why!
I know “a lot of people”, too and those circles are rather complex and interconnected...but I’m just not seeing the same things you are claiming to see!
Oh I see on TV and read on line news about Tom, Dick or Harry or Alice dropping dying or dead and yes it seems to be some sort of trend.
Perhaps it is the shots, perhaps covid after effects, perhaps effects from both...
Just not seeing it in my own circles of family or friends! But who knows... maybe I’ll start seeing a whole bunch of “suddenly(s)” now just because Vivenne has given me permission to criticize, having no knowledge!
So happy to hear that you are not experiencing such tragedy in your complex circle of acquaintances. I suppose my circle is rather simple in comparison to yours, as you seem to see it. Thanks also for pointing out your need to pick a fight and your sad need to feel superior. I simply asked you clarify what you meant by many! I provided no other context as you had provided the context in your posting. You took some sort offense and decided to be insulting. That is on you.... not me! Some of us aren’t seeing all these deaths in the numbers that you apparently have seen are but notice in my last posting to you that I had left open the possibility that events might certainly catch up to me. I was not being sarcastic.
