This is the case in most countries, there is a “criminal class” everywhere. The US situation is somewhat different only in that the US “criminal class” is so concentrated in a given race/ethnicity.
This is also the case, and more so these days, in Europe.
In Spain it seems that most crime is by the native gypsies (whose residence in Spain goes back to the 14th century) plus new immigrants, Africans, Moroccans, and Eastern Europeans.
A more “diverse” criminal class than in the US.
Spain is however an extremely safe country.
Take the perps some distance off the US coast that is proportional to the crime, then throw them in the water, telling them to "swim home, and watch out for sharks".
Crime problem solved, without any need for prisons.
All the western EU countries and the nordic countries are overrun by raghead crime...

One of the kindest Black people I met at work was a man named Kenneth. He was from Cameroon.
While we’re on the topic though.. not many Americans have the slightest iota of interest or knowledge of Africa.
I met a young woman a few days ago, I would like to court her (She’s a hoplophobe, so that probably won’t happen) who is from Ghana.
Ghana is a modern country where TVs and Cell phones, just as a brief example, are twice as modern as ours. Roads, buildings and shops are also more advanced and the crime rate is very low.
It would appear that the race is not an issue.. the culture is not even that much of an issue. It’s a mixing of the races and cultures that seem to be an issue.
It is within each culture, America ESPECIALLY that people who behave as poison pills interfere with the confluence of multiple cultures. Compare Albanians to Macedonians. Compare Sicilians with Italians. Compare Maori with Kiwis.
Compare LIBERALS WITH CONSERVATIVES.
Each culture has this anti-culture that simply ruins everything. For us, it’s our liberals. Without them, America would integrate tightly with other cultures without an issue.
I’ve worked with a couple of Nigerian engineers in my career. Very good at what they did, and real stand-up guys.
I asked one of them what he thought about “Kwanzaa”. He nearly exploded about it. Said stuff like “made-up crap”, “don’t know nothin’ about Africa”, etc.
You are right. Skin color is obviously not the problem. It’s culture and upbringing.
In Africa that criminal minority are the Somalis.
If the news if correct, Sweden fits the bill. Lefties are ruining the country,....as they are in which ever country they gain a foot hold in.

My black Caribbean interns only had the option of checking “African American” for “race” on their college forms.
Needless to say African or American is NOT a race or ethnicity.
I have said many times that the problem is culture, not color (anti-Christ, vs. Biblical Christian).
As one African immigrant noted in a separate study:
Growing up in Africa . . ., the culture of White racism and prejudice was not part of the African upbringing . . . . [w]e were aware of the history of slavery but, in all cases, we were wil ling to forget and forgive. It never occurred to us that we would be the targets of hate simply because of the color of our skin. Interestingly, ou r Black and brown skins did not open the doors wide for us in the African American community either. We were, and remain to many African Amer icans, outsiders or beneficiaries of their struggle against a racist society. If we are too successful and live in a nice White neighborhood, then we are accused of betraying our race, being "Black Bourgeois" and wanting to be White. To White neighbors, we are safe because we are Blacks from Africa . . ., not from the South or Brooklyn and, to their stereotypical way of thinking, we do not do drugs or alcohol or have big late night parties.
Based on the results of this admittedly statistically-insignificant and anecdotal survey, African immigrants, in Detroit, have little affinity for African Americans, much less any interest in being identified by others as African American. 51...

New Zealand with Maori, Russia with Caucasians/Central Asians, France with North Africans, Costa Rica with Nicaraguans, etc. Lots of places where a minority of a minority commits crime disproportionately.
South Africa is a pretty good example of that problem.
